A Curious Traveler – Scored w/ Music

Scoring this video was…interesting to say the least. I admit that I’m not very good at music creation. At first I started and it was going pretty good, then I got frustrated. I don’t quite have the patience for music creation yet.

So I ended up doing two versions. The first version was crappy and I kinda just slapped some sounds together. Then I said that mine was crappy and Randy convinced me to redo it and make it less crappy. I still don’t like it as much as I possibly could, but then again, I have issues when it comes to liking my own work. o___o So, without further adieu, viola!

Me + Editing Video = Brain Explosion

I personally already knew that I don’t like editing film. I have a tendency to dwell on little things, so it takes me excessively long to do things, as well as I change my mind constantly. It’s a bad habit, I admit. But meh. Editing this was…difficult to say the least, but I got over it.

Shooting the film was fun, but there were times when I felt like I lacked direction and I was just flip flopping around. It was slightly frustrating. I tend to change my mind, and actually not quite know what I’m going for, so I ended up being slightly lost when I was shooting, in regards to what kind of shots I should be going for. Overall it was a learning experience.
